Payment Methods

Timing is Everything
   Payment for the upcoming month must be received at Birmingham Parking Authority by the 10th of the month. If your payment is not received by the 10th of the month a service charge of 10 percent will be issued to your account. If payment is not received by the 16th of the month your parking card will be locked out of the system.

Making Your Payment
   Payment should be mailed to the Administration Office at 1732 5th Avenue North, Birmingham, AL 35203 by check or money order. Do not mail cash. Please mail your payment with sufficient time for the payment to be received before the 10th of the month. You may pay with cash only if you pay in person. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex or debit cards are accepted at the Cashier Office at the decks or at the Administration Office. Direct withdraw from your credit card and debit cards are available by signing up for this feature at the Administration Office.

   Any check returned unpaid for any reason will have a $25 service charge. A third returned check would place the account on a cash only basis.
